My office has worked with Al Cormier and Dove Technologies for several years beginning with printer servicing. In the last two years we contracted with Dove to lease a large printer, to add to our ongoing printer servicing. Al has always been very responsive and proactive in attending to our needs.

During 2020, we began interviewing potential companies to manage our growing IT and network needs without finding a good fit. I became aware that Dove had an IT management service through Al and began discussing it with Dove's team in the summer of 2020. After several talks with members of Dove's IT team it became clear they were going to be a great fit for our needs

All our questions were thoroughly answered and a plan to onboard us was clearly laid out. In fact, one of our biggest IT issues was solved within the first week of becoming a client. We have been thoroughly pleased with Dove Technologies’ IT Management.

Our company has been utilizing John Bowling’s expertise in DocuWare since 2013. He set it up, configured it and always got it running smoothly again when we had issues. Recently, we decided to move our onsite instance to the cloud, so I contacted John at Dove.
